  • Orders placed through Wildflower.asia will be delivered using a suitable logistics provider based on the delivery region and actual logistics conditions, ensuring your package arrives at its destination safely, reliably, and quickly .
Delivery time and delivery date
  • Once the order is confirmed, we are committed to shipping within one business day. If the product is a pre-sale or limited edition, a specific delivery date and time cannot be specified.
  • After your order is shipped, you can check the latest logistics and delivery progress through the package tracking page to keep track of the package's delivery status at any time.
  • Due to differences in logistics timelines across different countries and regions, orders typically take approximately 4–14 business days to arrive after shipment.
  • Actual delivery time may be delayed due to local logistics arrangements, traffic conditions, or weather. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • For items that may experience delivery delays or be pre-ordered, we will notify you of the delivery date separately or indicate the estimated shipping time on the product page.
Pre-sale product delivery instructions
  • When a product is displayed as "pre-order," it means that the product is currently sold out and restocking is being arranged.
  • Pre-ordered items will be shipped in the order they were placed, once restocked. Actual shipping time may vary slightly depending on availability.
  • If your order contains both "in-stock items" and "pre-order items," the pre-order items will be shipped together once they arrive. If you wish for in-stock items to be shipped first, please place separate orders.
  • Once the goods have been shipped, the system will automatically send a shipping notification email containing logistics tracking information. Please check your email.
  • Pre-ordered items are held in reserve for shipment. Please confirm that you can accept the waiting time before placing your order. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
About delivery status confirmation
  • After shipment, the system will automatically send you an email with your tracking number, allowing you to track your package's status. If your package shows "delivery error," we recommend contacting the courier company to confirm the latest situation. You can check the latest delivery progress through the package tracking page to keep track of your package's delivery status at any time.
  • If the goods have been shipped, or if the address needs to be changed or re-delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, additional delivery or re-delivery fees may be incurred, which you will be responsible for.

Taiwan Order Information

To ensure smooth delivery and customs clearance for your order, please read the following instructions:

  • Standard delivery for Taiwan orders is via Chunghwa Post E-Packet. However, if a single order contains 2 or more phone cases, we will automatically upgrade your delivery to SF Express Standard Express for a more stable and faster logistics experience.

Chunghwa Post Delivery Notice

  • When an order is delivered by Chunghwa Post, according to current logistics provider instructions, real-name authentication is temporarily not required. However, to ensure smooth package delivery and customs clearance, please be sure to fill in the complete recipient name, contact phone number, detailed address, and 6-digit postal code.

SF Express Delivery Notice

Important Information for South Korean Orders
  • Korea Customs will update its Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) regulations starting March 2, 2026. To ensure smooth customs clearance for your package, please make sure that the name, phone number, PCCC, and recipient address postcode provided during checkout are absolutely consistent. We recommend adding your frequently used shipping addresses to your customs clearance account in advance to avoid verification failures affecting delivery. Related link
  • If verification fails due to inconsistent customs information, the package will not be able to be shipped or cleared. If valid customs information cannot be updated for the order within 14 days, we will automatically cancel the order and process a refund. Please be aware of this.
About Duties and Taxes
  • Currently, all our products are shipped internationally, and prices do not include import duties and taxes . Depending on the import regulations of each country, additional charges may apply upon arrival at the destination; these will be communicated and collected by the courier company.
  • Taiwan Region <br/>According to Taiwan Customs regulations, when the dutiable value of a single order exceeds NT$2,000 (approximately the total value of shipping and goods), import duties and business taxes will be levied in accordance with the law.
    a) No additional fees will be charged if the tax-free threshold is not exceeded.
    b) If taxes are payable, the courier company will proactively notify you and assist with customs clearance. You may also need to download the EZ Way App to complete identity verification and authorize customs clearance.
    c) If the shipment is returned due to refusal to pay taxes, the buyer will be responsible for all related costs. For detailed information, please refer to the website of the Customs Administration of the Republic of China.
  • Hong Kong & Macau <br/>Currently, there are no general tariffs on imported personal parcels in Hong Kong and Macau. However, if the goods are deemed by customs to be of high value or for commercial use, customs declaration and payment of relevant taxes and fees may still be required.
    a) The courier company (such as SF Express) will handle the customs declaration process in accordance with Hong Kong Customs regulations and will contact you if necessary.
    b) If the courier company requires additional documents (such as a copy of your ID card or a statement of purpose), please provide them to expedite customs clearance. For detailed information, please refer to the official website of Hong Kong Customs .
  • Other Asian regions <br/>Each country has different tax exemption thresholds and tax rate regulations , and some regions may charge value-added tax (VAT/GST), import tax or customs clearance service fees.
    a) Generally speaking, if the order amount is low, it may be exempt from tax; if it exceeds the threshold, it must be paid in accordance with regulations.
    b) The relevant fees will be collected by the courier company in accordance with the regulations of each country, and they will contact you to provide supplementary information if necessary.
About resale
  • In order to protect the rights and shopping experience of every Wildflower user, we do not allow private resale of Wildflower products. This includes but is not limited to: online shopping malls, auction sites, social platforms or other unofficial authorized channels. If you purchase Wildflower products through unofficial channels (such as online stores, markets or third-party platforms that are not approved by us), we cannot provide product authenticity guarantee, quality assurance service and after-sales support. Please pay special attention to avoid damage to your own rights.
