  • All products on Wildflower.asia official website are delivered by SF Express to ensure your order is delivered safely and quickly.
Delivery time and delivery date
  • After the order is confirmed, we will complete the shipment within 24 hours (excluding weekends and national holidays). If the product is a prepaid or limited-edition item, we cannot specify a definite delivery date and time. You can indicate the estimated delivery date on the product page.
  • Since the ordered goods are shipped directly from the official warehouse in mainland China, it takes about 5-8 working days for the goods to arrive. However, due to factors such as traffic conditions and weather, there may be a slight delay, please understand.
  • The delivery date may be slightly delayed due to traffic, weather, remote areas or outlying islands, etc.
  • For some products that may be delayed in delivery or pre-ordered products, we will notify the delivery date separately or mark the estimated delivery time on the product page.

About Duties and Taxes
  • Thank you for purchasing products on Wildflower's official website! Currently, all products we sell are shipped internationally, and the product prices do not include import duties and taxes . According to the import regulations of Taiwan and Hong Kong customs, orders may incur additional fees when they arrive at the local area, which will be notified and collected by the courier company (such as SF Express).
  • Taiwan Region <br/>According to Taiwan Customs regulations, when the tax-paid price of a single order exceeds NT$2,000 (approximately the shipping cost and the total value of the goods), import tax and business tax will be levied in accordance with the law.
    a) If the tax-free threshold is not exceeded, no additional fees will be charged
    b) If taxes are required, the courier will proactively notify you and assist with customs declaration. You may also need to download the EZ Way App to complete identity verification and authorize customs declaration.

  • Hong Kong <br/>Hong Kong currently does not have any general tariffs on the import of parcels for personal use, but if the goods are identified by customs as high-value or for commercial use, they may still need to be declared and the relevant taxes and fees must be paid.
    a) The courier company (such as SF Express) will handle the customs declaration process according to Hong Kong Customs regulations and contact you if necessary

About delivery status confirmation
  • After shipment, the system will automatically send you an email to notify you of the "SF Express waybill number" so that you can track the logistics status on your own. If the package shows "delivery abnormality", it is recommended to contact SF Express first to confirm the latest status.
