- All products on Wildflower.asia official website are delivered by SF Express to ensure your order is delivered safely and quickly.
Delivery time and delivery date
- Once the order is confirmed, we will ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). If the product is a pre-sale or limited edition, we cannot specify a fixed delivery date and time.
- As the orders are shipped directly from the official warehouse in mainland China, delivery takes approximately 6-10 business days. However, there may be slight delays due to factors such as traffic conditions and weather. We appreciate your understanding.
- Delivery dates may be slightly delayed due to factors such as traffic, weather, remote areas, or outlying islands.
- For items that may experience delivery delays or be pre-ordered, we will notify you of the delivery date separately or indicate the estimated shipping time on the product page.
Pre-sale product delivery instructions
- When a product is displayed as "pre-order," it means that the product is currently sold out and restocking is being arranged.
- Pre-ordered items will be shipped in the order they were placed, once restocked. Actual shipping time may vary slightly depending on availability.
- If your order contains both "in-stock items" and "pre-order items," the pre-order items will be shipped together once they arrive. If you wish for in-stock items to be shipped first, please place separate orders.
- Once the goods have been shipped, the system will automatically send a shipping notification email containing logistics tracking information. Please check your email.
- Pre-ordered items are held in reserve for shipment. Please confirm that you can accept the waiting time before placing your order. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Taiwan Order Shipping Import Declaration Instructions
- Because this order is for international shipment, due to local customs policies, buyers may receive a call from SF Express asking them to download the EZWay app (EZWay) for online customs clearance. Please note that buyers may be required to provide personal information such as their ID card. This authorizes SF Express to process a Power of Attorney (POA) and related tax forms on behalf of the importer to expedite customs clearance.

About Duties and Taxes
- Thank you for purchasing from the Wildflower website! Currently, all our products are shipped internationally, and prices do not include import duties and taxes . Depending on the import regulations of each country, additional charges may apply upon arrival at the destination country; these will be notified and collected by the courier company (such as SF Express).
- Taiwan Region <br/>According to Taiwan Customs regulations, when the dutiable value of a single order exceeds NT$2,000 (approximately the total value of shipping and goods), import duties and business taxes will be levied in accordance with the law.
a) No additional fees will be charged if the tax-free threshold is not exceeded.
b) If taxes are payable, the courier company will proactively notify you and assist with customs clearance. You may also need to download the EZ Way App to complete identity verification and authorize customs clearance.
c) If the shipment is returned due to refusal to pay taxes, the buyer will be responsible for all related costs. For detailed information, please refer to the website of the Customs Administration of the Republic of China. - Hong Kong & Macau <br/>Currently, there are no general tariffs on imported personal parcels in Hong Kong and Macau. However, if the goods are deemed by customs to be of high value or for commercial use, customs declaration and payment of relevant taxes and fees may still be required.
a) The courier company (such as SF Express) will handle the customs declaration process in accordance with Hong Kong Customs regulations and will contact you if necessary.
b) If the courier company requires additional documents (such as a copy of your ID card or a statement of purpose), please provide them to expedite customs clearance. For detailed information, please refer to the official website of Hong Kong Customs . - Other Asian regions <br/>Each country has different tax exemption thresholds and tax rate regulations , and some regions may charge value-added tax (VAT/GST), import tax or customs clearance service fees.
a) Generally speaking, if the order amount is low, it may be exempt from tax; if it exceeds the threshold, it must be paid in accordance with regulations.
b) The relevant fees will be collected by the courier company (YANWEN, SF Express, etc.) in accordance with the regulations of each country, and they will contact you to provide supplementary information if necessary.
About delivery status confirmation
- After shipment, the system will automatically send you an email with your tracking number so you can track your package's status. If your package shows "delivery error," we recommend contacting the courier company to confirm the latest situation.
- If the goods have been shipped, or if the address needs to be changed or re-delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, additional delivery or re-delivery fees may be incurred, which you will be responsible for.
