Order Change or Cancellation

  • If your package has not yet been shipped, we can update your delivery address. Please email your order number and the address you wish to change to support@wildflowercases.asia as soon as possible.
  • Once a package is shipped, it is usually not possible to change the contents (including changing the product, color, size, etc.) or cancel the order. Please understand this. Therefore, please be sure to check the contents of the product carefully before placing an order.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • If the product you receive is obviously defective or is not the style/model you ordered, we offer a return and exchange service for defective or incorrectly shipped items. Our customer service will arrange an exchange or refund for you. Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product and return it to us in its entirety, including all accessories (accessories, boxes, packaging, etc.), following our specified method. Customer service will assist with the exchange or refund. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  • Your product must meet the following conditions:
    ✓ Submit your request within 14 days of receiving the product. ✓ The product must be unused and in its original condition. ✓ The original packaging must be intact. If you meet these conditions, please contact the Wildflower customer service team to apply for a return or exchange (please provide your order number for expedited processing).

  • Cases where returns or exchanges cannot be processed:
    × Scratches, paint peeling, or damage caused by improper personal use × The product has been opened, or the packaging and accessories are incomplete × Unable to provide an order number or related purchase information, making it impossible to confirm the order identity.
    × The anti-counterfeiting label has been torn off.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • If your return or exchange is due to a quality issue with the product, we will arrange for SF Express to pick it up from your door. The entire process is trackable, ensuring the safe return of the goods. Of course, you will need to provide relevant evidence to support your application.
  • However, if the return is not due to a quality issue, such as because you changed your mind or the product did not meet your expectations, then you will be responsible for the shipping costs and any applicable taxes. Please be aware of this. You will need to ship the item back yourself, and we also recommend that you choose SF Express to avoid loss of the item.

Refund Instructions

  • After the refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method within 3-5 working days. The actual time of crediting the funds will be subject to the operating regulations of each bank.
  • If the system shows that the refund has been completed but has not been credited to your account◾️ Please confirm the bank account transaction details first◾️ Contact the issuing bank (the refund process may be delayed)

  • In order to protect the rights and shopping experience of every Wildflower user, we do not allow private resale of Wildflower products. This includes but is not limited to: online shopping malls, auction sites, social platforms or other unofficial authorized channels. If you purchase Wildflower products from unofficial channels (such as online stores, markets or third-party platforms that are not approved by us), we cannot provide product authenticity guarantee, quality assurance service and after-sales support. Please pay special attention to avoid damage to your own rights.
