Order Change or Cancellation

  • If your package has not yet been shipped, we can update your delivery address. Please email your order number and the address you wish to change to support@wildflowercases.asia as soon as possible.
  • Once a package is shipped, it is usually not possible to change the contents (including changing the product, color, size, etc.) or cancel the order. Please understand this. Therefore, please be sure to check the contents of the product carefully before placing an order.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • If the item you received is obviously defective or is not the style/model you ordered, don't worry! We offer a return and exchange service for defective or incorrectly shipped items, and our customer service will arrange an exchange or refund for you. Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the item and return the item to us in full, including all accessories (including accessories, cartons, packaging, etc.) in the manner we specify. Return shipping fee information

  • If your return or exchange is due to quality issues, we will bear the corresponding return and shipping costs. Of course, you need to provide relevant evidence to support your application.
  • However, if the return is not due to quality issues, such as you changed your mind or the product did not meet your expectations, then the shipping costs and any taxes that may be incurred will be your responsibility. Please be aware that we do not provide return mailing labels, and all return shipping costs, taxes, etc. will need to be borne by you.

Refund Instructions

  • After the refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method within 3-5 working days. The actual time of crediting the funds will be subject to the operating regulations of each bank.

This includes but is not limited to: online shopping malls, auction sites, social platforms or other unofficial authorized channels. If you purchase Wildflower products from unofficial channels (such as online stores, markets or third-party platforms that are not approved by us), we cannot provide product authenticity guarantee, quality assurance service and after-sales support. Please pay special attention to avoid damage to your own rights.
