Each Wildflower phone case is one-of-a-kind and should be treated like a precious piece of art or jewelry. We use high-quality materials to create truly unique, limited edition iPhone cases, therefore, Wildflower cases are not designed to be subjected to regular rough abuse. To keep your Wildflower phone case cute, colorful and clean, please follow these care tips:

• Always avoid exposing your Wildflower case to liquids.
• Prolonged exposure to moisture or sweaty hands may cause the "wf" logo to fall off.
• Prolonged exposure to sunlight and high temperatures will accelerate the wear of the case and cause the color to fade.
• Exposure of the phone case to chlorinated pool water or sea water may accelerate fading of the metal studs.
• Any contact with soda, juice or other liquids will damage the case.
• Every Wildflower phone case will experience normal wear and tear over time. Any direct contact with liquid will instantly damage the case and may even destroy it. If that happens, we will feel sad as well as you. Please take as much care of your Wildflower phone case as we did making it. Thanks for all the #wildflowerlove!

Q1: What is an e-gift card?
A: An e-gift card is a digital gift that will be sent to a designated mailbox via email after purchase. It contains a set of exclusive discount codes. You can enter them during checkout to directly deduct the consumption amount. It is super convenient!

Q2: How do I purchase a gift card?
A: Simply select the amount on the "Gift Card" page of our website, add it to the shopping cart and complete the checkout. We will then send the gift card to the email address you entered.

Q3: Can gift cards be sent to friends?
A: Of course! Fill in your friend's email address when purchasing, or forward the gift card letter to the other party after purchase. It is perfect as a birthday gift, exchange gift, or sudden surprise!

Q4: Is there an expiration date for e-gift cards?
A: There is no expiration date at all. You can use it whenever you want. It’s up to you!

Q5: Can I use gift cards and discount codes at the same time?

Q6: Can gift cards be refunded?
A: Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash once purchased. Please confirm the amount and recipient information before purchasing!

Thank you for purchasing Wildflower products. We provide a one-year one-time product warranty service for Wildflower mobile phone cases purchased through this website. If you receive the product within one year from the date of receipt shown on the logistics , if there is any quality problem with the product, please contact customer service for assistance and provide the following information for further confirmation:

1. If the product is scratched after use, it cannot be returned or exchanged and is not covered by the warranty.
2. The following situations are not quality issues and are not covered by the warranty:
3. The warranty is limited to repair/replacement of the product if any quality problems occur within the warranty period, and does not provide a new replacement .
4. Warranty service is limited to applications submitted by the original ordering account, and non-original accounts will not be accepted.
5. Warranty replacement products must be of the same style and model as the original order; if the product is discontinued, we will arrange a replacement product of the same price and model with your consent.
6. To apply for warranty, you need to send the defective product back by yourself. If it is a quality issue, we will bear the round-trip shipping fee. If it is not a quality issue, the customer will bear the round-trip shipping fee.

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving the item, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

Return shipping costs

We strive to process all orders within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and national holidays). Please note that processing time may be slightly longer during peak order periods or holidays.

Estimated delivery times for different regions are as follows:

If the address is a remote area in Hong Kong , the delivery time to the remote area will be increased by 0.5 to 1 working day. If the address is a remote area in Taiwan , the delivery time to remote areas in the main island will be increased by 3 to 4 working days; the delivery time to remote areas in outlying islands will be increased by 5 to 6 working days.

The fabric used in our cases should not fall off without damage. We do not recommend any modifications to the case, nor do we recommend treating the case with any harsh chemicals.
