Warranty Service Description
  • Thank you for purchasing Wildflower products. We provide a one-year one-time product warranty service for Wildflower mobile phone cases purchased through this website. If you receive the product within one year from the date of receipt shown on the logistics, if there is any quality problem with the product, please contact customer service for assistance and provide the following information for further confirmation:
    (a) Order number
    (b) A clear photo of the product in question
    (c) Photos of the complete appearance of the product. We will provide you with assistance and processing as soon as possible.
Warranty Service Notice

  1. If the product develops scratches after use, it cannot be returned or exchanged, nor is it covered by the warranty.
  2. The following situations are not considered quality issues and are not covered by the warranty:
    • Logo oxidation • Yellowing after normal product use • Internal wrinkles in the fabric
  3. The warranty only covers repair/replacement if the product has quality problems within the warranty period, and does not include a brand new replacement .
  4. Warranty service applications are only accepted from the original account that placed the order; applications from other accounts will not be accepted.
  5. The replacement product under warranty must be the same style and model as the original order; if the product is discontinued, a replacement of the same model and price will be arranged after you agree.
  6. For warranty claims, you are responsible for returning the defective product yourself. We will cover the shipping costs.
  7. Each order is entitled to one warranty service opportunity only, and it will not be provided repeatedly.
  8. Damage caused by human factors or accidents (such as falling, pulling, etc.) will not be covered by the one-year warranty.
  9. This warranty applies only to products purchased from the Wildflower website . Damage caused by products not sold on this website or accessories from other brands (such as mobile phones, headphones, etc.) will not be covered by the warranty.

About resale

In order to protect the rights and shopping experience of every Wildflower user, we do not allow private resale of Wildflower products. Including but not limited to: listing and selling on online shopping malls, auction sites, social platforms or other unofficial authorized channels. If you purchase Wildflower products through unofficial channels (such as online stores, markets or third-party platforms that are not approved by us), we cannot provide product authenticity guarantee, quality assurance service and after-sales support. Please pay special attention to avoid damage to your own rights and interests.
