Every Wildflower case is one of a kind and should be treated like a precious piece of art or jewelry. We use high-quality materials to create a truly unique and limited edition iPhone case, therefore, a Wildflower case is not meant for frequent rough handling. To keep your Wildflower case looking cute, colorful and clean, please follow these care instructions:

• Always avoid direct contact with liquids.
• Prolonged moisture or sweat from hands may cause the "wf" logo to come off.
• Prolonged exposure to the sun and high temperatures will accelerate wear and tear on the case and fade the colors.
• If the case comes into contact with chlorinated pool water or seawater, it may accelerate the fading of the metal studs.
• Any contact with soda, juice, or other liquids will damage the case.
• The case is primarily for daily protective use and does not guarantee complete protection in all situations (e.g., extreme high falls or strong impacts). To avoid damage to your phone or case, we recommend being mindful and protecting it properly during use.
• Each Wildflower case will show normal wear and tear over time. Any direct contact with liquids will immediately damage the case and may even destroy it. We and you would be sad if that happened. Q1: What is an e-gift card?
A: An e-gift card is a digital gift that will be sent to a designated mailbox via email after purchase. It contains a set of exclusive discount codes. You can enter them during checkout to directly deduct the consumption amount. It is super convenient!

Q2: How do I purchase a gift card?
A: Simply select the amount on the "Gift Card" page of our website, add it to the shopping cart and complete the checkout. We will then send the gift card to the email address you entered.

Q3: Can gift cards be sent to friends?
A: Of course! Fill in your friend's email address when purchasing, or forward the gift card letter to the other party after purchase. It is perfect as a birthday gift, exchange gift, or sudden surprise!
