📌 Real-name authentication related introduction

• All goods imported into Taiwan from overseas (including general international shipments and cross-border online purchases) must be declared to customs. When the importer entrusts a customs broker to handle the declaration with customs, they must provide the relevant authorization documents.
• Because traditional paper authorization forms do not adequately protect the personal information of Taiwanese citizens and affect the customs clearance efficiency of express shipments, the Customs Administration of the Ministry of Finance of Taiwan has opened up online customs declaration authorization using the "EZ WAY Easy Commission" app since 2018, providing a safer and more convenient method.
• By completing identity verification on their smartphones through the "EZ WAY 易利委" app, people can avoid the paper power of attorney process and speed up customs review and logistics delivery time.
  

📌 When do I need to use EZ WAY App real-name authentication?

• Basically, as long as it is an international express package or overseas (cross-border) shopping package, starting from May 16, 2020, it must complete the real-name authentication of the "EZ WAY Yi Li Wei" App.
• Since all orders on Wildflower.asia are shipped directly from overseas warehouses, Taiwanese customers must complete EZ WAY real-name authentication before purchasing to ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery of the package.
• It is recommended that buyers complete EZ WAY real-name authentication before starting overseas (cross-border) shopping to ensure a smoother subsequent shopping process without having to worry about package clearance being blocked.

📌 How to complete the EZ WAY App real-name authentication registration?

1. Please search for "EZ WAY" on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), or download it directly from the link below:

2. After downloading, open the EZ WAY App, click to register , and fill in the information truthfully according to the process, including nationality, mobile phone number, Chinese name, ID number, and set account number, password and email address.
3. Please make sure your phone is connected to a 4G/5G mobile network (not Wi-Fi). Your data will be verified by your carrier and you will be able to complete real-name authentication once the verification is complete.

• After completing real-name authentication, as soon as your package enters the Taiwan customs clearance process, the EZ WAY app will pop up a notification, reminding you to enter the app to confirm the package information. Click confirm to complete the customs clearance process.

📌 Pre-appointment introduction and operation

• To prevent personal information from being misused or ghost packages from being scammed, the Customs Administration of the Ministry of Finance implemented a new "pre-authorization" system on December 28, 2011. Imported express shipments must first complete pre-authorization confirmation before customs declaration.
• Note: For orders shipped to Taiwan through Wildflower.asia , our partner SF Express will declare the shipment in the recipient's name. This declaration will be displayed on the "Customs Real-Name Import Cargo Inquiry" page of the EZ WAY app. After confirming the order, click the bill of lading number and select "Conform to Declaration" to complete the pre-approval.
