EZ WAY account registration tutorial
EZWAY App real-name authentication registration process
📌 Reminder: All orders from Wildflower.asia to Taiwan require real-name authentication via the EZWAY App, otherwise the package will not be able to pass customs smoothly.
1. Account Registration
1: Download the EZWAY App and open it

2: Enter the App
- You can check the operating instructions first, then click [Skip Tour] after reading.
- After reading the Personal Information Disclaimer, click [Agree].
3: Select Login/Register
- If you already have an account → Click [Member Login] and enter your account and password.
- If you have not registered yet, please click [Register] to enter the account application process.
4: Fill in basic information
- Enter the required information. Please ensure that the recipient information is correct ( name and contact information must match the order information )
- After confirming that all information is correct → tick "Agree" and click [→] to proceed to the next step.
2. Telecommunications Certification
1: Select verification method
- Choose between screen image, fingerprint recognition or Face ID.
- After reading the Taiwan Online Personal Information Statement, click [Agree].
2: If the telecommunications authentication fails, the system will jump to SMS and ID authentication.
- The system automatically switches to SMS authentication → Click [Continue]
- Upload ID
- After confirming that the photo is clear, click [→] to submit.
3. Complete registration and wait for review
1: Once completed, the system will prompt "Real-name verification in progress" and you will need to wait for the results. Once the real-name verification is confirmed, you will see "Verified" in the "EZ WAY Yiliwei" app, indicating that the EZ WAY real-name verification has been completed!
✨ Final reminder: After completing real-name authentication, you still need to complete "pre-authorization"!
According to Taiwan Customs regulations, all imported overseas parcels (including Wildflower.asia orders) must first complete real-name authentication and click "Pre-authorization" and "Declaration Consistent" in the EZWAY App before they can be successfully cleared and collected.
